Andrew enjoys great success selling properties in and around the Victorian snowfields and the Gippsland lakes.

Before pursuing his real estate career, Andrew worked extensively in retail, both in corporate and small business environments. Professionally and personally, he brings great depth to his role, helping people find the best property solution while delivering a positive experience and winning results.

As an industry, real estate is as much about people as it is about property, and so as a self-described 'people pleaser', Andrew has found his niche. He is empathetic, adaptable, and outgoing. He loves making new friends and relishes the opportunity to turn tough negotiations into successful outcomes for vendors and buyers alike. For Andrew, going “above and beyond” for his clients is not the exception, it’s just business as usual.

Away from work, Andrew is a talented and enthusiastic snow skier. He also enjoys sailing on the Gippsland Lakes, carpentry, water skiing and off-road motorbiking. He is also an active member of his local community and is currently involved with the Bairnsdale Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Excellent Service Filled With An Abundance of Local Knowledge

We bought land in Hollands Landing and Andrew Foard was the managing agent. We made contact on phone and email and Andrew responded promptly. He explained the virtues of the property clearly and gave us a history of the area and surrounds. We set up a face-time walk through the property as we were not able to visit. The walk through was extensive and unrushed and we felt as if we were there in our own right. We settled on the property within the next few days. After contract signing Andrew assisted in finding suitable legal representation (we live 10 hours away in a different state). Following we were in contact numerous times for nothing more than just a catch up. In short, Andrew is a knowledgeable local agent, and demonstrates great care and attention to the needs of the buyer. I can only assume he acts with the same level of commitment for the seller. The whole process went smoothly and we are very satisified with our purchase.
