"Thank you for the great result on my townhouse recently. I have to say your attention to detail is second to none. Your hard work paid off as you and your team achieved $50k over my reserve at Auction, when initially I really didn't think you'd get anywhere near my desired price. I would have no hesitation in recommending you and I can see you are one of the diligent agents who stands up to your well recognised reputation."
Anne brings warmth and over 20 years experience to the art of real estate and she knows the field well, having lived in the eastern suburbs for over 40 years. Anne studied psychology and sociology at the University of South Hampshire in England. She is both a strategic thinker and sympathetic to the highs and lows her clients feel in the process of changing their homes. “Moving house is a major life event.” Her own life experience has equipped her well, as she has moved a dozen times including four international moves. Her passion for understanding people and for houses is what drew her to real estate. Anne also has a background in administration and is well organised with due attention to detail both in real estate and at home with three adult children. She is the President of the Renal Auxiliary at the Royal Children’s Hospital and has been associated with the Australian Kidney Foundation for over 20 years. The saying “If you want something done properly, give it to a busy person” certainly applies to Anne. She gets the job done.

"In selecting an agent to represent us and our home for sale, it was important for us to find an agent to whom we could relate. Anne’s style is warm and very personable, yet highly professional. We had every confidence in her advice. In a tough market for vendors, she helped us sell our home at auction for a very reasonable price. She also went out of her way to help us purchase another property the following week. We are very grateful for all her assistance."
