Christie Joannides

As Manningham's Portfolio Manager, Christie plays an important role in ensuring that property owners and renters both receive service and that the properties she manages are always maintained to the highest standard.

Christie has worked in real estate for over a decade. Before taking up her current role, her previous experience included roles as trust accountant, team leader, property manager, and in business management. She also has significant experience in marketing and has proven her ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously.

As Christie describes it, "my role is multi-faceted: part marriage counsellor, tradie, bookkeeper, mentor, trusted advisor, administrator, therapist, and negotiator just to mention a few." She's a great listener and very genuine. With life and professional experience as renter, landlord, and property manager, she understands all perspectives when issues arise.
