As Manningham’s Portfolio Manager, Christie plays an important role in ensuring that property owners and renters both receive exceptional service and that the properties she manages are always maintained to the highest standard.
Christie has been working in real estate for over a decade. Before taking up her current role, her previous experience included roles as a trust accountant, team leader, property manager and in business management. She also has significant experience in marketing. She has proven her ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously, a skill which she now draws upon daily. As Christie describes it, “my role is multi-faceted; part marriage counsellor, tradie, book keeper, mentor trusted advisor, administrator, therapist and negotiator just to mention a few.” She is a great listener, she is very genuine and with life and professional experience as a renter, a landlord and a property manager, she understands all perspectives if and when issues arise.
