David Longmuir

David has been with RT Edgar for five years. Before embarking on his career in real estate, David was a qualified commercial and residential builder. His experience in construction and as a business manager underpins his ground up knowledge of property and the property market. As a long time Flinders resident, he also brings unique insight to understanding the local real estate market.

The hallmark of David’s approach to providing value and service to clients is his limitless energy and enthusiasm. He is keenly competitive which translates to an intense desire to continually challenge himself and his team to deliver exceptional results for property owners and buyers.

David’s energy and self-drive stems in part from his love of competitive sport. He has participated in Ironman competitions and triathlons in Australia and overseas including as an Australian representative. There is no question of his capacity for hard work. He is also friendly, calm under pressure and takes a very personal approach to positively supporting his clients to achieve their lifestyle and financial goals.

Rare down time for David is spent with his kids, surfing, competing in triathlons and playing sport. Even after a decade living locally, he still appreciates the natural beauty of the Mornington Peninsula and the way it continuously changes with the seasons.
