Declan began working in real estate in 2022, commencing as a leasing consultant, where he worked steadily to build his skills, before making a successful transition to his present role where he has achieved terrific success and proven himself to be a talented, hard-working and determined sales advocate for his clients.
For Declan, his clients are always his number one priority and he is rightly proud of the results he has delivered for them. Whether it be selling or purchasing a property, Declan’s focus is to provide the very best advice so that his clients can make clear, confident and informed decisions throughout the sales or purchase process. He is energetic and forward thinking and so when selling a property Declan is always looking for new ways to ensure that properties achieve the best and broadest market exposure so as to attract potential buyers. He communicates openly and honestly and easily builds trust and rapport with everyone he encounters.
Declan lives locally and when he is not working, he loves trying out the many fantastic restaurants and cafés the area has to offer. On the weekends he also enjoys go kart racing with friends, playing football and cooking.
