Since 2012, Diana has been helping homeowners maximise the returns on their investment properties by working hard to nurture strong, long-term relationships between quality tenants and landlords.
As the owner of investment properties herself, she is personally attuned to the needs, concerns and aspirations of owners, while also appreciating that the key to success is ensuring ongoing occupancy with reliable, responsible and secure tenants.
Much of Diana’s own success as a property manager can be attributed to her knowledge, experience, pro-active attitude and ability to quickly recognise the objectives of each party to a lease. This is backed by her formal qualifications in Psychology. She also holds a Certificate IV in Building Construction, which means that she not only has a firm understanding of the motivations of people looking to lease, but also a unique ability to pinpoint the key design and architectural features of a home – both modern and period – that will appeal to the identified target market.
An Albert Park resident for a number of years, Diana is a keen advocate of the area and its gentle village ambience, wonderful proximity to the beach and the convenience it affords those working in the city and beyond.
