Before joining RT Edgar, Eliza worked in the retail sector where she cultivated exceptional client service and interpersonal skills and the ability to connect, empathise, and cater to the needs of everyone that she encounters. Anyone who has dealt with Eliza, will know that the rapport she builds with people is based on genuine warmth and a desire to support every client to the very best of her ability.
Eliza is a hard-working, capable and she has mastered the fine art of efficiently and effectively handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment, without any fuss and always with a smile. She tackles everything she does with enthusiasm and commitment and as someone who understands the value of collaboration and cooperation as key to achieving common goals, she is a terrific team member.
Away from work, Eliza juggles university studies with coaching secondary school rowing and swimming teams. She also has a strong sense of community service and is a dedicated and very active member of Portsea’s Surf-Lifesaving Club.
