Ella is a valued member of the RT Edgar team who brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with people to her role in real estate. With a background in hospitality, she developed a natural ability to connect with others, provide exceptional service, and ensure every interaction feels welcoming and considered. Those same skills now shape the way she approaches her work in the property industry.

Although new to real estate, Ella is deeply motivated to grow within the industry and build a long-term career in the field. She strongly believes that when you genuinely enjoy what you do, work becomes something you take pride in rather than something you simply get through. Real estate combines two things she values most: property and people, and she is excited to continue learning, developing her skills, and supporting clients throughout their property journey.

Outside of work, Ella spends much of her time with her horses, practising natural horsemanship and building a strong partnership through patience and trust. She also enjoys spending time exploring the Macedon Ranges, appreciating the natural beauty, local towns, and sense of community the region offers. Being able to live and work in such a beautiful part of Victoria is something she feels incredibly fortunate to experience every day.
