In her role as a Senior Property Manager, Emilie has oversight of a portfolio of residential properties and is responsible for providing an end-to-end service for her clients.
Joining RT Edgar in 2021, Emilie has been hard at work since 2017 learning everything there is to know about the real estate industry and, in particular, what it takes to be a first rate property manager. She is justifiably proud that having started out as a receptionist, she has progressed quickly through the real estate ranks to her current role, evidence of her hard work, commitment and determination to be the best agent she can be for those who entrust her with managing their investment properties.
Not only is Emilie highly organised and efficient, she is a terrific problem solver, prioritising clear communication and liaison with both rental providers and renters as the key to ensuring the smooth running of her rental portfolio.
Prior to real estate, Emilie worked in retail fashion and she also has a strong interest in art and interior design. Her father, an architect, instilled in her a love of beautiful property and design and this remains an inspiration for her as she continues to pursue her career.
A Toorak local, Emilie is spoilt for choice when it comes to enjoying her leisure time away from the office. She loves Toorak Road’s cafes and restaurants, the elegance and luxury of the local area and the amazing architecture for which the area is renowned. With “The Tan” on her doorstep, in her spare time, Emilie loves going for a run or a walk and visiting Melbourne’s wonderful art galleries and exhibitions.
