He has successfully established and led high-performing offices across Melbourne before relocating to Beverly Hills, California, where he owned and operated his own real estate agency for seven years. His international experience further strengthened his understanding of premium property markets and the importance of building enduring client relationships. 

Having returned to RT Edgar, Glen now leads the sales team while continuing to auction and mentor agents across the business. His approach is founded on discipline, consistency, and genuine connection, resulting in a business built almost entirely on repeat clients and referrals. Many of the relationships he established early in his career continue today - a testament to the trust and enduring relationships that define his approach. 

Glen is also a sought-after charity auctioneer and regular speaker at industry events. He is the author of The People Lover, published on Amazon worldwide, and continues to approach his career with the belief that the best is yet to come. 

Married to his wife, Simonne, for more than 35 years, he is proud of his close-knit family, including his five children - Brooke, Jack, Billy, Mason and Julez - along with daughters-in-law Kinsey and Julia, and grandchildren Bexlie and Rye, who remain a constant source of support.
