James Delbridge

With long-held interest in prestige real estate, James joined RT Edgar in 2011 while simultaneously embarking on a Property & Real Estate degree at Deakin University. Since joining the team, he's worked his way up through sales assistant and leasing manager roles to his current position as executive sales consultant.

This career journey has allowed him to gain valuable experience in both sales and rentals while honing his skills for building strong client relations and delivering outcomes. By simultaneously working and studying, James achieved deeper, hands-on appreciation for real estate sales and property value across markets. He's now augmenting this background with a Master of Business Administration.

Drawing on strengths in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving, he holds particular interest in new developments and the unique appeal of this fast-paced property sector element. Outside work, he's an avid Brisbane Lions supporter and enjoys time at his family's Mornington Peninsula beach house.
