Before joining RT Edgar, Jess worked predominately in tourism and accommodation. After over a decade in that industry, and looking for a new challenge, real estate felt like a natural step, as a profession where she could apply her client service and marketing skills and her well-honed organisational and operational ability as well as her knowledge of, and love for, the Bellarine Peninsula.
With terrific attention to detail, boundless energy and a happy demeanour, Jess ensures that the busy Ocean Grove sales team have all the support that they need to succeed and that clients and visitors to the office are always warmly welcomed.
In her free time, Jess is an avid reader (“the book is always better than the movie”, she says). She also loves trying out new recipes, spending time with her children and partner and walking her two dogs along the beach.
