Whether she is conducting inspections, completing condition reports or organising property repairs and maintenance, Julia tackles everything she does with great enthusiasm, confidence and attention to detail. She also genuinely loves her work and it shows in the outstanding service she provides to property owners and renters.
Julia is a licensed Agent’s Representative, and she also has a Diploma of Marketing. Before joining RT Edgar in 2022, Julia worked as a leasing consultant and prior to that she had roles in the media and in the corporate beauty industry. Her working career has prepared her well to deal with personalities and people from all walks of life and she does this with warmth, care and professionalism. She is outgoing and friendly, loves a challenge and she is very thorough, always taking the time to properly investigate every matter, however big or small.
Having lived in Boroondara for most of her life, Julia has extensive local knowledge of the area and she is a strong advocate for the community and lifestyle it provides. Away from the office Julia is always searching for the next best restaurant or wine bar, she is a one-eyed Collingwood supporter and being half Italian, she obviously loves to cook!
