Justine Kantanis

Every high performing team or business needs someone who in doing their job brilliantly, makes it easier for everyone else to do their job well. RT Edgar has Justine, who handles the daily operations of the group.

Justine’s role is to ensure that our people, processes, and work practices are cohesive and that our business runs efficiently, effectively and with integrity so that we can deliver consistently,

outstanding service for our clients. Justine is also responsible for recruitment and professional development, which is critical in shaping the culture and future success of RT Edgar as we evolve to meet the changing landscape.

Justine is analytical and determined. She tackles everything she does with great dedication and good humour. Forward thinking and resourceful, having worked with RT Edgar for over a decade, Justine also has deep insight into our business, as well as the broader profession. She is warm and articulate and has successfully built and nurtured trusting relationships between clients, agents, and buyers. She also takes seriously the need for RT Edgar to engage with and make a positive contribution to our local community and charitable organisations.

Justine is a proud mother of three children, who test her organisational and problem-solving skills daily. Away from the office she enjoys spending time at their beach house and continues her passion of delivering high-quality results and fostering collaborative environments, through volunteering with the Gunnamatta Surf Lifesaving Club, Parkinsons Foundation and managing the Xavier College’s 2nd hand uniform shop.
