Madison Pavan

With a proactive mindset and a genuine sense of ownership over every property she manages, Madison Pavan brings consistency, accountability and considered service to her role as Senior Property Manager at RT Edgar Stonnington.

Beginning her real estate career in 2022 after returning to Australia, Madison was drawn to property management following several years in hospitality, including managing an English pub while living in the UK. The experience strengthened her ability to anticipate people’s needs, adapt quickly and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented and dependable, Madison believes effective property management is proactive rather than reactive. She takes pride in identifying potential issues early, following through on commitments and protecting her clients’ investments, while creating a positive experience for renters. She particularly enjoys the leasing process and finding the right fit between renter and property.

Originally from Adelaide, Madison now lives bayside and enjoys travelling, discovering Melbourne’s restaurants and cafés, Pilates, running and spending time outdoors with her puppy, Harley.
