Maleea began working in real estate as a leasing consultant and as an assistant property manager. She joined RT Edgar in 2022, and is now responsible for supporting the property management team by coordinating and hosting open for inspections, performing Tenancy Condition Reports and generally working with, and assisting clients and property managers in any way that she can.
Maleea is highly organised and hard-working. She has a very caring and personal approach to providing outstanding customer service, based on her own core values of honesty and integrity. Having been a business owner/operator in her own right whilst raising her family, multi skilling comes easily to Maleea and she is always willing to go above and beyond to identify potential maintenance issues before they become problems and, where issues do arise, she ensures that they are resolved promptly, efficiently and with minimal fuss for renters and property owners.
Maleea grew up in and around the Boroondara area; she loves its accessibility and the great shopping strips and schools that are so much a feature of the area.
