Mark Purves

Mark is one of the most experienced and respected real estate professionals currently working in the industry. From a family of keen renovators, Mark commenced his career in 1988 after a chance meeting with an agency principal and now, some three decades later, he continues to enjoy great success in representing the interests of his many clients and achieving terrific results for them. His career spans every facet of real estate from property management to heading up sales, auctioneering and buyers’ advocacy and everything in between. 

Mark’s business and service approach is characterised by his ability to remain calm and think clearly in even the most stressful situations. As a problem solver, he takes a very broad perspective and prides himself on always being able to identify solutions to complex transactions and in doing so, deliver positive outcomes for his clients. He builds great rapport with clients and colleagues alike, and thoroughly enjoys interacting and getting to know people from all walks of life.

Mark is a Mt Eliza local. He loves the area for the feeling of space it provides and for the wide array of local wine and food that makes the Mornington Peninsula well loved by residents and visitors. He loves being outdoors, and his hobbies include landscape photography, archery, touring and camping in both a 4WD or on a motorbike. He is also an active member of the Victorian High Country Huts Association so weekends will often find Mark in remote Victorian spots checking out the local huts.
