With more than 15 years in real estate, Matilda brings an incredibly broad understanding of the industry, shaped by experience across sales, property management and administration. A fully licensed estate agent with qualifications in leadership, management and education, she combines practical expertise with a calm, considered approach to every campaign.

Matilda works closely with her clients from the outset, taking the time to understand their priorities and providing clear, consistent communication throughout the selling process. Her established network, attention to detail and understanding of market trends allow her to create thoughtful campaigns designed to engage the right buyers and achieve the best possible outcome. Her industry recognition includes being named a finalist in the REB Women in Real Estate Awards, ranking in the top 20% nationwide and receiving the 2026 Community Service Award.

Her connection to Boroondara has developed over many years, through both work and study across Kew, Hawthorn and Camberwell. Outside real estate, Matilda enjoys time with family and friends and expressing her creative side through painting, photography, writing and poetry.
