Max joined the RT Edgar team in 2019, after working in sales and negotiations for a globally recognised company in the commercial property market. It was a natural career path for a real estate professional who, as a young lad, would attend open inspections and auctions with his father. This interest grew into a passion for working with property owners and purchasers to achieve exceptional outcomes – either as vendors or buyers. Having successfully represented a host of commercial property owners in the Melbourne CBD, and drawing on the proficiencies gained studying for his Bachelor of Commerce majoring in marketing and management, Max has developed his gift for negotiating and marketing. He utilises this talent to read the subtle cues to a purchaser’s intentions and acts on a valuable combination of considered insight and gut instinct. Enthusiasm, diligence and gratitude are all a part of Max’s mantra, which, combined with his zest for problem-solving and helping the various parties in real estate transactions, have underpinned his success as an agent.
