Monica’s professional experience is a blend of working in high end hospitality and high-end real estate. She has worked in property management since 2005, and prior to that, undertook senior roles at luxury resorts. She has an innate understanding of how to manage and meet the expectations of the most discerning clients and the experience to back it up.
Monica is responsible for a boutique portfolio of our clients’ investment properties. In doing so, she ensures that property owners are always afforded the very best personalized, insightful and comprehensive advice, service and support. Having lived and worked in Queenstown, New Zealand, leasing and managing prestige properties for overseas and local clients, Monica is a great fit as part of RT Edgar’s Toorak team. Her customer service skills are second to none, she is mature, focused and known for the warm and professional relationships she builds as the basis for delivering positive outcomes for her clients.
Although she has lived overseas, Monica is Melbourne born and bred. She loves everything about her home town, particularly the world class coffee and food culture for which Melbourne is renowned. In her downtime, Monica enjoys family time spent at the beach with her husband and 2 children. Quieter time is spent practicing yoga and losing herself in a good book.
