Peter Cox

Peter is an accomplished real estate professional who has three decades of experience and success as a real estate sales professional. He joined RT Edgar in 2024 when the opportunity arose to work alongside James Hatzolos and the rest of the talented Manningham team.

Peter's professional experience incorporates working as construction estimator, draftsman, and holding various sales and operations roles in the construction industry. He also studied architecture, so as well as his marketing prowess and strong negotiation skills, he's well positioned to advise clients about the potential of every property and likely investment required where renovations or upgrades might be needed.

He's persistent, honest, and determined, with warm and engaging personality, evidenced by the many long-standing industry friendships and connections he enjoys and, importantly, by the loyal clients who've trusted him for many years. Outside work, Peter gets to the golf course whenever he can.
