Astute, accomplished and highly respected, Peter has three decades of experience and success as a real estate sales professional. He joined RT Edgar in 2024 when the opportunity arose for him to work alongside James Hatzolos and the rest of the talented Manningham team.
Peter’s professional experience incorporates working as a construction estimator, a draftsman and he has held various sales and operations roles in the construction industry. He also studied architecture, and so, as well as his marketing prowess and strong negotiation skills, he is perfectly positioned to advise his clients about the potential of every property and the likely investment required where renovations or upgrades might be needed to create property perfection. He is persistent, honest, and determined, with a warm and engaging personality, as evidenced by the many long-standing industry friendships and connections he enjoys and, importantly, by the loyal clients who have trusted him for many years to achieve exceptional sales results.
Outside of work, Peter gets to the golf course whenever he can. He also enjoys woodwork, genealogy and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
