Qazim (Chaz) Selimi

Chaz Selimi was seventeen when he began walking through his uncle's luxury developments across Boroondara and Stonnington, observing sites progress from foundations to finished prestige homes. That early exposure set the direction his career would take. He spent five years building his foundations at GR8 EST8 Agents, a business his father established over two decades, before joining RT Edgar's Kew office in August 2026 to concentrate on the prestige market that had drawn him since his teenage years.

Chaz's approach is built on genuine relationships and consistent prospecting rather than shortcuts. In 2023, he sold a property in Narre Warren South for $1.5 million, a result that stood as the suburb's highest sale price for a property under 1000 square metres for two years, a clear indication of the strategic thinking he applies to every campaign. He holds his Victorian Agents Representative Certificate and is currently working toward full licensing.

Outside of real estate, Chaz plays basketball in the South East Super League on Sundays and has followed Carlton for eighteen years, reflecting the same competitive discipline he brings to his clients' results.
