Over more than two decades, Rachael has built an outstanding career as a real estate professional. She has broad industry experience, encompassing successful roles in sales, property development, commercial and residential property management, project and contract management and procurement. She has also been a business owner in her own right.

Rachael’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, majoring in Psychology, as well as a Certificate IV in Property Services. She also holds residential and commercial property management certifications. Rachael has been a valued member of the RT Edgar group since 2016, working with the Toorak team as part of our senior sales staff, focussing on residential sales in the Stonnington and Boroondara areas.

Growing up, Rachael’s family relocated many times within Australia and overseas, so she has lived in a lot of houses and has developed a life-long love of interior design. When she was just 20 years old, she decided to build her own house. She has since gone on to renovate and build a number of properties, and in doing so, she has built her own property investment portfolio.

Rachael attributes her success to having an absolute passion for people and property and a desire to achieve the best market prices for her clients. Her capacity for hard work is limitless, and she has what she describes as “grit”. She is determined, resilient and adaptable, but she is also empathetic and genuinely cares for her clients. Her sales career highlights are too many to mention but she is rightly proud of the continued trust her clients have placed in her over many years, which is a real testament to her integrity, professionalism and honesty. She is also very proud of her work as a mentor and role model for other agents, in particular those new to the industry.

While Rachael admits to being a bit of a workaholic, precious time away from the office is spent being a busy mum, renovating (of course), gardening and walking her beagle puppy Max.
