Rob Gillies brings 15 years of dedicated experience in Residential Property Management to his role as Head of Property Management at RT Edgar Stonnington. His career spans senior property management positions, business ownership, and department leadership, giving him a thorough understanding of the industry from every angle.

Rob leads with a focus on compliance, best practice, and team capability, ensuring vendors receive consistent, professional service backed by sound legislative knowledge. His grounding in hospitality and customer service shapes his approach, and he credits this background for raising service standards across the team. Notably, he grew a rent roll from 30 to 300 properties within five years, including through the disruption of the pandemic.

Rob's family has deep ties to property and design, with one grandfather an Estate Agent in Albert Park and the other an architect whose buildings still stand across Melbourne. Outside work, he's a nationally ranked ten pin bowler and devoted Richmond supporter.
