Joining the close-knit Mt Eliza team in July 2020, Sam is an accomplished property manager with a keen interest in and appreciation for architecture, and a terrific eye for interior design. Prior to settling on a career in real estate, Sam worked in the not for profit sector.
Sam is a qualified Agents Representative and is currently studying part time to attain an Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural). As a home renovator, Sam understands the importance of maximizing the value of property and he is always happy to provide his clients with advice, based on his experience and insight, in relation to maintaining and upgrading their investment properties.
Anyone who has dealt with Sam knows that he is outgoing, energetic and empathetic. He easily builds long lasting, trusting relationships with his clients and customers. As a property manager, Sam’s service strategy is simple; he describes his role as being “the eyes and ears” of his landlords and he takes this responsibility very seriously. He is hard working and proactive and his goal is always to ensure that his dealings with landlords and tenants are honest, effective and transparent.
When he is not working or studying Sam is something of a global roamer. His country count so far stands at nineteen and he looks forward to continuing to build on this with further travel in the future.
