Steven Guan brings over a decade of senior property management experience to his role as Senior Property Manager at RT Edgar Boroondara. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions, including serving as a director within the industry, bringing both depth and perspective to his role.
Overseeing a portfolio of 130 residential properties, Steven applies an engineering mindset to every challenge. Holding a Master of Engineering in Project Management from the University of Melbourne, he takes a methodical, cost-conscious approach that delivers practical outcomes for rental providers. Listening carefully, he finds solutions that protect and add value to each property.
A Fitzroy local, Steven spends his time away from work with his wife and two children, enjoying swimming, reading, and following St Kilda.
