I met Taylah after having had my brand-new Spring Street apartment on the market for rent for months with another agent with no successful tenant on the horizon. In just a matter of weeks. I would like to give you a positive feedback about Taylah CAGALJ who has been very helpful and attentive since I’ve made my initial contact with her. I wasn’t her client then but she replied my text message straight away when I saw her advertisement online.

I was not able to view the property at the time as she explained to me that the previous tenants haven’t returned the keys yet. However, I was delighted that she called me back on the same afternoon that the renters returned them early. She organised Bailey to take me in straight away & I applied on the same day. The process was smooth and she kept me informed every step on the way. She understood my situation and needed to move ASAP due to water leakage and moulds at my old apartment.

Every time I texted or emailed her – She replied instantly or within 1-2 hours. I am very grateful that she is responding to me so promptly so that I didn’t feel too anxious about the application and the move. She contacted the landlord the next day and I was told that highly likely I will be getting approval from the landlord. That absolutely made my day as I was so worried about it since the market is competitive.

Taylah is very professional and was very thorough with her property appraisal.

Taylah was able to secure tenants in the first weekend of showings

She was able to secure an extremely high rental price for our apartment located in Richmond.

I was so impressed I will be transferring my other properties over to Taylah when their leases end.

We couldn’t have asked for more when we engaged Taylah to find us tenants for our St Kilda Rd (second residence)property for a short term lease of 6 months while our property was not being used.

Taylah did warn us that 6 months was too short for most people and many not wanting a furnished apartment, however she persisted for us using her many contacts with relocation agencies etc.

All potential tenants were given their preference for inspection times very soon after they made an enquiry and all were followed up promptly by Taylah to ensure they knew as much as possible about the property.

Once potential tenants had put in their application Taylah quickly and efficiently did all background checks and accumulated as much information as possible on the prospective tenants to assess their suitability.

Of utmost importance to Taylah (and also to us) was obtaining the tenants most likely to return our apartment in the same condition it was passed to them on occupation.

Even at handover the importance of such things was stressed to the tenants by Taylah personally.

Taylah never made us feel that any question by us of her was a nuisance and she always responded immediately to our queries.

Organization of photography and floor plan was done in a short time frame (as was advertising ) and completed very efficiently under Taylah’s direction, with her flare and experience for best impressions standing out.
