Tim originally opted to pursue a career in real estate because it enabled him to work for himself and be successful in what he did. Now, three decades later, his drive to succeed is undiminished and he remains absolutely committed to achieving outstanding sales results for each and every one of his clients.
Over the course of his remarkable career, Tim has achieved great success as a property manager, in sales and as a sales manager. Prior to joining RT Edgar, he was a Director and Partner for over fifteen years. His marketing, auctioneering and negotiation skills are outstanding and have resulted in him achieving record breaking sales results in the prestige property market, including listing and selling multi-million dollar homes and luxury developments across Melbourne.
Although now a bayside local, Tim lived in Toorak for many years so he knows the local area and property market well. Away from work, he loves the water and the beach; boating and surfing are favorite family past times and he makes it a priority to stay fit to keep up with the demands of his family and his work.
