It’s not often that you hear someone describe being embraced by a company as being “like a hug”, but that’s how Lauren describes being part of RT Edgar. She is incredibly proud to work with a brand she regards so highly and to be a member RT Edgar’s Ocean Grove team.
Lauren has worked in real estate since 2007. After taking time off to raise her family, she joined the Ocean Grove office in 2017. Over the course of her career Lauren has earned her stripes; she started as an administrative assistant; then having gained her Agents Representative Certificate, she moved into sales and ultimately to her current role as a Property Manager. For Lauren, every day in the office is different; as well as being responsible for all aspects of carefully managing her client’s investment properties, she can also turn her hand to whatever is required from IT support, to filling in on reception.
As a Point Lonsdale local she has lived in and around the Bellarine Peninsula for most of her life. She knows and well understands the local market. Highly organised and pragmatic, Lauren sets high standards for herself. She always strives to exceed the expectations of her clients and to ensure that both her landlords and her tenants know that they are her number one priority.
A self-confessed serial renovator and developer, a forever home has never been part of Lauren’s plan. For her, life without a building or renovation project on the go is a life half lived.
Away from the office, Lauren and her family are happily embedded in their local community; Lauren plays netball and is very involved with the Queenscliff Coutas as are her husband and children. She is a keen runner, enjoys sewing, knitting, op shopping and whenever possible, she and her family hit the ski slopes.
